FEATURED BUSINESS

Florecer Consulting, LLC,

Jeri Vradenburg believes that strong communities are built through strong relationships. As the Founder and Lead Consultant of Florecer Consulting, LLC, she works alongside rural nonprofits to help them build the structure, strategy, and funding they need to grow with intention and sustainability.

The word “Florecer” means to flourish, and that principle guides every aspect of Jeri’s work. Through grant services, strategic planning, governance support, and organizational development, she helps mission-driven organizations move from overwhelm and uncertainty toward clarity, confidence, and growth.

What makes Jeri’s approach unique is not just what she does, but how she does it. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, she becomes a thought partner, collaborator, and genuine champion for the organizations she serves. She listens deeply, values relationships first, and believes the best solutions come from understanding the heart of a community and the people within it.

Based in the Roseburg and Sutherlin area, Jeri has partnered with organizations such as Sutherlin Throwdown, UCC Foundation, and Umpqua Valley Rainbow Collective to strengthen systems, clarify vision, and support long-term impact. One client shared, “Jeri listened deeply, captured the true purpose of our mission, and gave us the tools to move forward and reach higher than we imagined.”

With a business degree focused on leadership, organization, and management, along with professional experience in philanthropy and nonprofit operations, Jeri brings both strategic expertise and genuine heart to her work. She understands the unique strengths and challenges of rural communities because she has lived them herself. Raised in Central Oregon and rooted in Douglas County for more than 20 years, she is passionate about helping local organizations flourish so the communities they serve can flourish too.

When she’s not working with nonprofits, Jeri enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, shopping local, and building meaningful connections throughout rural Oregon.
