Blackberry Festival
3rd Weekend In August - Sutherlin Blackberry Festival: Car shows and cruises, dancing, cook-offs, motorcycle show, BMX racing, mud volleyball and so much more! Local lodging and RV sites available.
"A Berry Good Time for a Berry Good Cause!" Planting seeds of hope in the vines of youth. Recognizing the importance of higher education, the Sutherlin BlackBerry Festival raises money each year to provide continuing education scholarships to graduates of Sutherlin and Oakland High Schools.
The Sutherlin Area Chamber of commerce (SACC) in partnership with the City of Sutherlin has brought an amazing country concert to life. Sutherlin is the perfect location to host a dynamic country concert.
Music Off Central
1st Friday after the Fourth of July and runs through the end of August: The FREE ANNUAL concert series is presented each year by SDDI (Sutherlin Downtown Development, Inc.) The concerts are funded 100% by SDDI, corporate and business contributions and donations from organizations and individuals.
You'll enjoy a cool breeze under the trees in Central Park while being treated to some of the most talented bands around!

Hot Rod Fun Run
3rd Saturday in May: Do you like to DRIVE your hot rod, not just show it? Join us for a cruise through the back roads of Sutherlin and Oakland. Answer trivia questions at local tourist attractions along the way. Enjoy a catered picnic lunch. New routes and new trivia questions each year! Lodging available.
Halloween Downtown
October - actual date to be determined: Bring your little hobgoblins out to the Sutherlin Community Center for a safe and fun Trick or Treat Time!
Shop Small Business Saturday
1st Saturday after Thanksgiving: Time to keep it local and shop small businesses!
Community Christmas Tree Lighting
1st or 2nd Sunday after Thanksgiving: This cherished tradition takes place at the Sutherlin Visitors Center. A time for the community to celebrate with songs, hot drinks and sweet treats! Santa and Mrs Clause will be here so bring your camera and capture those memories. Dress warm and join us for the special tree lighting!
Timbertown Toyland Parade
3rd Saturday in December: A magical time on Central Avenue as the community turns out to enjoy the parade of lights!

Sutherlin Woofstock Festival
June 2018 - Sutherlin Woofstock Festival for dogs and people held at Sutherlin Central Park. Dog and owner team events, contests, parades and education. Free to the public.
Sutherlin Graffiti Street Fair & Push Dragster Races
July brings the Sutherlin Street Fair: Musical and Magical Entertainment, a wide variety of vendors, food and the PUSH Drag Races all to put bring smiles and fun to our locals and visitors alike! THIS WILL NOT TAKE PLACE IN 2018 DUE TO THE DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENT AND PAVING PROJECTS.
